Vs. Balloon Fight: Phase 19

Phase 19 of Vs. Balloon Fight is the fourth orange phase.

In the bottom half of the phase, there are four platforms arranged symmetrically. On both sides, there's a platform just below the inner edge of the scoreboard platforms, and then another platform just above the outer edge of the water. Both upper platforms have pink Balloon Birds on them. There is a cloud just above the lower left platform. There are two Propellers aligned vertically in the middle of the screen.

In the upper half, there are two more platforms, both about halfway up the screen and over the inner edge of the scoreboard platforms. The right platform has a yellow Balloon Bird. There's a cloud below and to the left of the right platform, and another cloud above and to the right of the left platform. The left scoreboard platform has a green Balloon Bird, and the right scoreboard platform has a pink Balloon Bird. The large white cloud is above the edge of the left scoreboard platform. There are three more Propellers aligned vertically in the middle of the screen, the top one directly in contact with the ceiling.
