This item appears in Nintendo Land: Balloon Trip Breeze.
Function[]
When you obtain this item, a transparent clock face will surround your player and every object on the screen besides your character will be slowed down. This is similar to how in Balloon Trip mode of Balloon Fight (NES) and Balloon Kid, Giant Bubbles would stop the screen from scrolling and freeze any Sparks. However, Time Stoppers only slow down time.

Time Stoppers are stopwatches with one blue and one red button. They have a silver and reflective outer shell, with a pure white face and black hands.
