Bumpers are objects that appear in Balloon Kid and Balloon Fight GB.
Appearance[]
Bumpers are round and based off of real-world pinball bumpers, with "500" written on the side. They occasionally appear in levels and float in place.
Function[]
When touched, they bounce the player away similar to Propellers, and bounce the player farther the more the player bounces on one. When bounced off of, the player gains 500 points. This bouncing mechanic is used to get to a Bonus Stage in Level 6.
In other languages[]
- Japanese: ピンボール (Pinball)[1]
